Zoë Hollyoak

About Zoë

Zoë is a director and creative producer based in Sydney.

Zoë received a Bachelor of Performing Arts majoring in Performance Making from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA). Her works include Cotton Wool Kid and Slutdrop (multiple Fringe World award winner: Weekly Award, Theatre Award and Tour Ready Award).

She is the founder and Artistic Director of Perth based indie theatre company The Cutting Room Floor (TCRF). Over five years of operating, TCRF created 34 projects, worked with 422 artists and was best known for Home Open – a series of performances in strangers’ homes.

Before beginning her Masters of Directing at NIDA, Zoë worked as the Associate Producer for Black Swan State Theatre Company of WA (2019–20) and the Public Programs Coordinator for The Perth Institute of Contemporary Arts (2018).
