About Izzy
Izzy (she/her) is an emerging lighting artist who is interested in lighting design for various mediums of live performance. With a background in visual arts, Izzy has used her knowledge of art theory and practice to influence her eye for lighting. Izzy is excited to explore the different forms and performance styles lighting design can be utilised in. With previous experience in large scale sport events, gallery installations, and live performance, Izzy continues to grow as a multi-medium artist. Not only does Izzy have skills in lighting, but is also a stage manager, stage managing the critically acclaimed ‘The Chairs’, directed by Gale Edwards in 2023 at the Old Fitz Theatre. Izzy could not be more excited to continue her involvement in ambitious projects, as lighting designer and video designer for the opera, ‘The Coronation of Poppea’ at NIDA, 2023.
